I am a cash-pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify whether you have these benefits and to understand what percentage of the fee may be reimbursed. Please note that I cannot guarantee reimbursement, and full payment is required at the time of each session.

Some helpful questions you can ask your insurance:

What are my mental health benefits?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?

How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Additionally, I work with a third-party company that may assist you in processing insurance claims if you have out-of-network benefits. This company can file claims on your behalf and manage the paperwork to help ensure you receive reimbursement. You can learn more about this service [here].

We accept all major debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA, and Zelle as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
